We accept returns on most products, with the following conditions:

- Condition: The item must be unused and in its original packaging (including all tags, accessories, and manuals). Items that have been used, altered, or damaged will not be accepted for return.

2. Refunds
2.1. Refund Process
- Once your return is approved, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you received free shipping, the cost of the original shipping will be deducted from your refund.

3. Damaged or Defective Items

Once the item is returned and inspected, we will either send you a replacement product or issue a full refund.

4. Exchanges

5. Cancellations
5.1. Order Cancellation If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible. Orders that have already been processed or shipped cannot be canceled. In this case, you will need to follow our return process after receiving the item.
5.2. Cancellation Fees If your order is canceled before it has been processed, no fees will be applied. However, if you cancel an order after it has been shipped, you will be responsible for the return shipping costs.
